SHIPPING
Your order could be shipped by USPS and/or FEDEX. If you would like to request a different type of shipping, the order needs to be processed directly over the phone. Please contact us before placing an order online.

For orders over $1000, please call for delivery charges. Oversized or overweight items may have additional charges (noted by the item). Please call directly to place volume orders or multiple orders on larger sculptures such as lamps and birds. The shipping will be determined by how it is packaged and the location to which it will be shipped.

Shipping outside the continental USA. Additional charges are required for shipping destinations in Alaska and Hawaii. For any international orders, please contact us directly by phone to place your orders.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or credit within 30 days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must arrive in good condition for a refund or credit to be issued.
