Custom Sculptures
This lamp is over 6' tall. The base is made from an old cypress tree that was found in North Carolina. The moss is made from a material called Clay Shay. The fungus was sculpted onto the trunk using Apoxie Sculpt. A hole was drilled all the way through the trunk and was wired with a three-way switch for the light. I attached one of my eagles on a branch and added a frog and turtle at the base with simulated water. The piece was hand-painted with acrylic polymers. This piece took about 110 hours to complete. This lamp is priced at $3800.00. I can combine sculpted replicas with an original sculpture. Keep scrolling for examples currently for sale.
